30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Aura Ceil. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've opened and tried it.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at sup.veracci@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and address.
3. Send the item back with all included parts and slides, in its original packaging where possible.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns that arrive without authorization.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the full cost of return shipping.
• Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping is free, so there's nothing extra deducted from your refund.

⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

🌍 UK & EU Customers: Your Legal Rights

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to these rights and does not affect them.

Want a different bundle (for example, more slides)? Just email us and we'll help you switch.

💰 Refund Processing

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
